Knowledge Transfer-A transition system

I have been waiting for a long time to express my views on the knowledge transition system and hopefully I have found some time to write about it. I believe that all of us are aware of the term “transition system” (assume it as any object which briskly changes states and has unpredicted behavior) and the other term “knowledge” requires no introduction.

When we say knowledge transfer, do not assume it to be substantial transfer of words or ideas, however, it could be an observation, a conclusion, a thought, or an imagination. Whenever we try to share our thoughts or ideas, which could be the result of our thinking process or could be a stipulated agent of mind, we are in the process of changing the state of our knowledge system. Most of the people chant the phrase “Every drop contributes to the ocean”, which looks irrational to some people. Have you ever spent few moments to understand the importance of knowledge in our life?? The answer would be “NO”, we are so involved in our activities that we don’t care to think and let the life go smoothly. Many people are satisfied with the subject knowledge, which is specific to their work; but the attitude is discouraging our hunger for knowledge. We can identify two personalities -one who are not willing to take advantage of the situation to gain knowledge as they are satisfied with their state of knowledge system and the other who are unwilling to share their knowledge as they feel it could affect their importance and demand. We forget that knowledge resembles of a sea where as much as we learn, it helps us to explore new domains. I would like us to just give a moment to stress our minds to spot the distinguishing factor of being a human; I think most of us would conclude it as “Knowledge”. It depends upon us whether we are “human” or just “social animal” who is, or is not contributing anything to his/her knowledge system. I believe nobody in this world could standout and quote that he/she is aware of everything in this world.

So don’t waste time in unproductive activities, although there is so much to learn. The attitude should be to learn anything which could help us in many ways that we don’t know yet but will come to know the importance when time comes.

Abort Theft not Thieves

It has been a long time that I have been thinking to write about this topic but as it is said that things happen at right time and right place. Today, while walking across the street I saw an old lady begging for a penny, seeing this my heart feels a deep wind of sorrow penetrated through the entire body and I was helpless at that time because I wanted to eradicate her begging practice but as an individual I cannot do everything to help her. A strong thought just crushed my mind and I realized that if she is unable to survive by depending upon the mercy of others then she might take a wrong turn in life. Have we ever given a moment to think about the root problem of increasing thefts in the country? I request, we should take a small moment from our busy lives to explore the life of a thief and how they were forced to bow before life and we call them “thief”!!

In this era, where we don’t have time for ourselves and our family, would unlikely spend a little time in toiling our minds to reach the real cause of this practice. Have we ever thought when a child is born, does it knows what would be its fate?? What will it be able to contribute to the world??The answer is simply “NO”. It’s only the deeds that we call as “Karma” which decide his/her fortune and his/her destiny which in turn get reflected from the prevailing environment in the society. If we try to create a healthy surrounding and powerful atmosphere that enlighten all of us and reach the ultimate destiny of human kind then we can avoid the bad practices by some ignorant people.
We can take a lively situation; if there is a theft in a bus then everyone tries to blame the thief and initiate beating him/her without knowing anything, even the persons who were not present at that moment of theft start beating the thief, this gesture of beating is not to help someone but a way of reducing their frustration of something that has no relation with either the present situation or the thief. Have we ever tried to ask that thief “the reason for such an act of him”??No. No. No. We don’t bother to show that gesture because it is always pre-assumed that it is a criminal activity and a criminal should be treated in-humane. We never think that the thief might be stealing for saving life of someone, to survive i.e. to save his/her life. Do we really want to give an inhumane treatment to a person who is saving somebody’s life? No, if you are a human.
Quoting this situation, I am not trying to prove that stealing or theft is a good activity. I request all of us should try to understand another human. What has led the other person to reach that level and involve in a criminal activity? Try to help them by either making them aware of the consequences and what they will get in return for these activities? Help them by giving them employment and trying to explain them the importance of money earned by hard work.
